Product Description
We specialize in supplying high-quality mud pump equipment and mud pump parts.
The F series mud pumps can achieve the same manufacturing process and quality level as the F series mud pumps of EMSCO, IDECO, GARDNER DENVOR, OILWELL and other companies. At present, the F series mud pumps (from F-500 to F-2200) have been mass-produced and sold to major foreign oil fields. Customers are welcome to order.
We mainly export and produce mud pump parts, including cylinder liners, pistons, piston inserts, valve inserts, oil seals, rod packings, hydraulic ends, etc. All products meet or exceed DIN and API standards and have been exported to the UK, Germany, the US, Canada, Pakistan, the Middle East and other regions.
We also supply mud pump parts according to drawings or samples provided by customers.
Mud pump ceramic liners for oil wells, whose main function is to force and move mud into the well. These pads are efficient with a strength of 300-400 kg and elasticities of 12500 and 60000 kpsi. Using ZTA's cylinder liners compared to liners made of ferrochrome, ceramic mud pump liners result in higher cost savings, better performance and safer operation. Compared with the rubber piston moving at high speed and high pressure inside the mud pump bushing, the special wire harness and excellent wear resistance of ceramics reduce the wear resistance by more than 75%. In addition, ceramic mud pump bushings can withstand the harsh operating conditions of the drilling process. They circulate up to 200gpm of water and slurry at pressures up to 7500psi.
