Side Beam Series Welding Tooling

Overview

Side beam series tooling is mainly used to complete the cylinder workpiece circumferential seam or workpiece straight seam welding. It has the characteristics of small footprint and convenient workpiece hoisting. Generally, it must be connected with the turntable and workpiece support frame. Tooling or roller frame is used together. It is not recommended to use this equipment for workpieces with suspended wall thickness. The commonly used welding process method isMIG/MAGorPAW,TIG,SAW. It is suitable for longitudinal seam welding of stainless steel welded pipe, container and tank body, etc.
