API 7K High Pressure Metal Hoses for Oilfield Drilling

Our factory manufactures oilfield high pressure metal hoses with forged carbon steel flanges on both ends. The core is stainless steel corrugated pipe, reinforced by outer metal wire braid. This design absorbs vibration from equipment, compensates thermal movement and angular offset during installation. Unlike rigid steel pipes, it brings much easier installation on site.

Rubber hoses usually wear quickly under continuous vibration and sand-containing mud. Our metal hoses resist mud erosion, aging and extreme temperature changes. Every hose is hydrostatic pressure tested before delivery to guarantee safety in oilfield service.
