Product Description
Valve PU Rubber is worked for oil drilling mud pump and cementing piston. It's usage is sealing and buffer.
It is made of polyurethane material, which have the super advantage of oil resistant, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance. And wild work temperature of -35ºC-100ºC, work pressure of 40MPa.
Polyurethane have long lifetime than rubber, it's wildly used for the consumables of oilfield fracturing cars, oilfield washing cars, cementing cement truck cement truck, piston pumps, mud pumps and other oil equipment.
Product Description
1.The rubber products are application to both oil base and water base drilling mud.
Including: seals, piston rubber, valve insert, bladder, etc.
2.The piston rubber and valve rubber are the mainly spare part of mud pump fluid end system,
in the meantime, it is one of the use of the largest wearing parts.
3.The piston rubber, valve rubber is the vulcanization of rubber products .
The material of ordinary piston rubber is nitrile rubber , acrylate rubber .
Function
1 Increase the contact area of screw and machine.
2 Eliminate the trampoline at the time of discharge screw damage on the surface of the machine.
Must be a trampoline a flat mat, flat pad close to the surface of the machine,
spring cushion between the plain washers and nuts.
