Mud pump valve assembly

    

  vale assembly is installed inside the fluid end of mud pump,controls the motions of intake and outlet valves,and is composed by valve case and seat.It is mainly integrated forged in superior alloy steel(20CrMnTi）which follows higher industrial standard.The advanced heat treatment process is applied to improve the hardness and toughness,of which the working surface hardness is over HRC58.The manufacturing process is strictly controlled to ensure the product is highly polished and in accurate dimension.

      Four bar valve is manufactured in high quality forged steel in high strength and hardness;the rubber is fixed on cast with valva nut,the seat is characterized in high strength and resistance to impact,suitable for overpressure jet drilling.Compared with four bar valve,the three bar valve has large discharge,and its valve cast and rubber can be  directly installed,with longer using life.The rubber is made in polyurethane of which the using  time is over 300 hours,thus improving the overall using life of valve assembly.
